What we collect
When you send us a brief through the contact form we collect what you type: your name, email, company, the services you're interested in, a budget range, a timeline, and your message.
When you email, call or WhatsApp us, we keep the correspondence like any business does.
Our site stores a small flag in your browser's session storage so the loading animation doesn't replay on every page — it identifies your browser session, not you.
How we use it
To reply to your brief, to prepare a proposal, and to run an engagement if we work together. That's the job.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it.
Payments
Card and KOKO instalment payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number — those details go directly to the payment processor under their own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to operate: hosting and infrastructure providers, email, and payment processors when you pay us. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
We disclose information if the law requires it. Otherwise, nobody.
How long we keep it
Briefs and correspondence are kept for as long as they're commercially relevant — typically while we work together and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Invoicing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
