How fast do you actually reply?
Within one business day, every time. No auto-responder. Often within a few hours if you write us in our morning.
Do you do small projects?
Sometimes. Our minimum engagement is around LKR 150k, but we make exceptions for shorter sprints when the brief is exceptional or the team behind it is. Ask.
Can we just hire one of you?
We don't do staff aug. The way we work — strategy + design + engineering on the same call — only holds together when we work as a unit. If you need a single contractor, we'll happily recommend one.
Will you work with our existing team?
Yes. Most of our engagements have your team in the room. We default to making your engineers and designers stronger, not replacing them.
What about NDAs?
Mutual, on request, sent before the first call. We don't share client work without explicit permission and we keep proposals confidential.
Where are you based?
Colombo, Sri Lanka. We work across timezones — usually three or four hours of synchronous overlap a day, regardless of where you are.
Are you booking new work right now?
We have two slots open for Q1 2026. We book in quarterly waves and hold them firmly — if you have something landing in Q2, talk to us in late Q1.
What if the project changes scope?
Most do. We bake in a 15% buffer for in-scope changes, and for genuine scope changes we write a short addendum, agree the price, then keep moving.
How can we pay?
Card (Visa / Mastercard), bank transfer, cash, or KOKO instalments. Invoices in LKR — USD on request for overseas clients. Refunds follow our published refund policy.
