    Shehan and Sewwandi quit their previous roles and put StrategiQ together. First brief signed in week three.

    The first projects

    Five projects across SaaS, healthcare and commerce. We learn to say no for the first time in week six.

  3. 2024 · Q4

    Crew assembled

    We bring on Heshan, Ruvini and Ramith. Five people — the shape we're still in today.

  4. 2025 · Q1

    Async-first, for real

    Clients across four regions. Written updates, one weekly call, three time-zone overlaps a day becomes the actual practice, not a slogan.

    AI engineering as a practice
